Paris Fashion Week Spring 2027 : The Notes

CHANEL SPRING 2027

Oh, Chanel. Where do I even begin?

There was something wonderfully magical about this collection. The colours, the textures, the unexpected little details. It was playful, a little eccentric and beautifully unapologetic, exactly how I love fashion.

I adored the way Matthieu Blazy played with the house's history without making it feel too precious. The tweeds felt fresh, the tulle was wonderfully romantic, and those unexpected flashes of colour made my heart sing.

And the accessories! I have always believed that it's the smallest details that can completely transform a look. Give me an unusual colour combination, a fabulous shoe or a piece of jewellery with personality over something predictable any day.

What I loved most was that nothing felt too serious. There was a sense of freedom, individuality and joy. Fashion should make you feel something, and this collection certainly made me smile.

These are a few of the looks I fell in love with.

MIU MIU SPRING 2027

There is something wonderfully unpredictable about Miu Miu. Miuccia Prada has an extraordinary ability to take the familiar and make it feel entirely new.

Attending the Spring/Summer 2027 show in Paris, I was particularly drawn to the contrast between everyday dressing and elevated femininity. Sportswear was reimagined alongside beautifully tailored pieces, delicate embellishments and unexpected textures. The juxtaposition of relaxed denim, structured silhouettes and eveningwear felt modern, playful and refreshingly individual.

What I love most about Miu Miu is its refusal to follow conventional rules of dressing. There is an intelligence and a sense of humour behind every collection. It's a reminder that personal style should never be too considered or predictable.

For me, this season was all about the beauty of contrast, the freedom to experiment and the confidence to wear things your own way.
