Exercise mat 

An exercise mat is affordable, takes up little space, and is a staple part of a lot of exercises for your living room fitness session. Who wants to work out on a hard floor? An exercise mat provides padding for all parts of your body – be it for your back while ab-crunching, your wrists while pumping out those push ups, or your ankles while squat jumping. 

 

Skipping rope 

One of our favourite cardio workouts, skipping has so many benefits – plus, you need little space to swing that rope. Not only is it great for weight loss (it’s one of the best cardio exercises for burning calories), but it improves your heart health, aids blood circulation, and increases concentration. So, hop to it! 

 

Resistance band

Resistance bands allow you to easily target a broad range of muscles – from your glutes, to chest, to your core, to your back. They are perfect for whatever your fitness goals, with exercise options for losing weighting and muscle gain. A band also puts less strain on your joints than weights, easily stored and inexpensive. 

 

Be it a fitness session with a friend at your home or just solo, remember, you are giving yourself the self-love and care you deserve – and that’s all that matters! Enjoy your workout.
