Walk

Intense exercise isn’t a must. For those gradually getting into their exercise journey, walking is the way to go. The best part? It’s free! Having a brisk walk 30 minutes a day can help increase your fitness, lose weight, and enhance your mood. Be it a pre-breakfast, lunchtime or an evening stroll – any time works for walking!

Swim

Freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke or even doggy paddle – all types of swimming styles are classed as exercise! The benefits are aplenty – it increases your fitness level and is an all-body workout – nearly every muscle is used while swimming. It’s also great for those with joint pain, when pounding the pavement can be a little bit too much.

Cycle

One of the ZEDIT teams’ favourite past time is hopping on a bike and riding through beautiful bush tracks and lake-side cycle paths. Cycling is one of the quickest ways to build muscle, reduce fat, and turn your frown into one big smile. Research also shows cycling reduces the risk of heart disease and cancer.

Be it with a loved one or just solo, breath in that beautiful fresh air and explore what our world has to offer. Your mind, body and spirit will thank you for it.
