With a huge celebrity backing - Oprah and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, just to name two – more and more women are reaping the benefits of manifesting – and you can too.
Manifestation is envisioning goals and bringing them into existence via the sheer belief and hope they will.
So how do you do it? Well firstly, you need to work out what you’d like! Is it a partner? Starting your own business? A new home?
When you work this out, write down the specifics - what does this perfect partner look like, what type of business, is it a two-bedroom house?
Once you’ve decided on the little details, there are now a few options. One is the ‘369 method’ - writing down your goal on a piece of paper three times in the morning, six times in the afternoon, and nine times at night for 33 days. If that seems too overwhelming, just write a letter asking the universe for a little bit of help in what you’re after.
Another option is to create a vision board. If we are wanting to buy a house, for example, find photos of your dream home online, print these out, and stick them to a corkboard. Hang the board where you will be able to see it daily.
However, it’s not as simple as just that – but pretty close! Schedule in time each week to work out a game plan on how to achieve the goals you are manifesting. Remember – it’s all about baby steps.
